The problem

Training teams were relying on paper records and disconnected spreadsheets, making it difficult to track attendance, compliance, evaluation results, and capability growth across departments.

The solution

  • Engineered QR-code mobile attendance, in-session quiz evaluation, and dual five-star feedback metrics to replace paper workflows.
  • Built executive analytics for training man-hours, department compliance, and pass rates with real-time synchronization through Next.js Server Actions.
  • Implemented RBAC for Admins, Trainers, and Staff alongside batch Excel import/export for staff and module catalog administration.
