The problem

Progress data for a large infrastructure package needed to be easier to enter, compare, and present. Teams needed a shared view of construction status without losing the flexibility of their existing spreadsheet workflows.

The solution

  • Architected an interactive schematic dashboard for MAHSR Package C3, covering foundations, piers, and superstructure span segments.
  • Integrated Clerk authentication with organization-based role-based access control and bi-directional Google Sheets synchronization through Apps Script webhooks.
  • Developed live KPI aggregation and automated high-definition A3 landscape executive report exports using jsPDF and html-to-image.
